This is my all time favorite smoothie when I'm not making spinach smoothies. It is kind of amazing. Do yourself a favor and try this blueberry almond smoothie.
1 cup almond milk
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/4 frozen banana
1/2 tbsp almond butter
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Blend all ingredients in a blender, and then drink up!
And supposedly blueberries reduce belly fat, so hey, I'm on board.
